Naturalisation Records - US Records show Macedonians

I find this while I was doing a family history record search.

Park County, Indiana, USA Naturalisation Records

    It lists Macedonians.

          No.

My point is that these tables are not realy reliable for ethnicity definition at the time they were made-their purpose was not this at least.

Besides you don't need these tables -or similar-to justify your nation's existence today.

No we do not, but it is nice to see that we are noted in History, contrary to what you Greeks learn in Greek school.

A possible relative of mine on this list Vasil Dimitrov ... lists his nationality as Macedonian. I am not reading too much into the document at this stage. What is important is that they had the choice to call themselves Macedonians, or the country of their origin by the name, Macedonia.

              Dimitre Vasil Macedonia September 13 1907 6 27
              Dimitri Vasil Macedonia September 20 1907 5 294
              Dimitri Vasil Macedonia September 13 1907 11 104
              Dimitri Vasil Macedonia September 13 1907 6 27
              Dimo Tudor Macedonia February 4 1913 5 165
              Dimttre Vasde Macedonia September 20 1907 5 261

Dimitri Vassil I am pretty sure was one of the brothers, they changed their names
baba was the baby and had 4 older brothers, 2 of which emigrated to the US pre Balkan Wars
One settled in New York and one in Chicago, and no contact with any of them, my mother has no addresses after one of the brothers from New York passed away, have a mission one day to go to the states and find my relatives from her side of the family.

                      Cheers
