Macedonians recently asked for language schools in Albania.

I don't think the Albanians took the request seriously.

There seems to be a need to make life as difficult as possible for the Macedonians.

      a) Spartan is not Greek
      b) You are trying to export your nationalistic agenda. The whole Europe considers you as a nationalistic relic of the 19th century. Stop provoking and be good neighbours.

        Really?
Again, dont let my diplomacy fool you sir.
Do I have to tell the people of this forum to "fuck off" to be considered Greek?
        You are a fool.
I choose my words wisely, and I dont have anything against people who have done nothing to me or mine. Pelloponesian heritage is not in question here.
Who are you to judge who is Greek and who is not!? Zeus!
I must be in the twilight zone.
A "Greek Macedonian", whatever the fuck that means, is gonna tell a Spartiati/Pelloponesian he is not Greek.

Traveller it is you who are not Greek, if you were, you would be rational and logical.
You are a brainwashed ilithie, not only do you question the identity of our neighbours to the north, but you now question the identity of Greeks as well, you must be a Bulgar.

Spartan, where are you my friend ... I can't stand the stupidity of your co-nationals.
I think you banned the wrong guy Risto, Traveller is by far the most barbaric and uncouth poster I have read on this forum. Please, dont judge us all by the posts of a malaka(no better word I can think of) or two, like traveller.
Im not even commenting on his opinions, he has a right to them.
Im talking about the manner in whuich he tries to debate these opinions.
Any rational man would disregard him within the first few words out of his mouth(or in this case, reading the first few words of his posts), even if he was trying to convince someone that 2+2=4,I doubt he could convey such a message.

From what my father and grandfathers, and from what Ive seen , the northern Greeks are different from us.
I dont know how else to say it. Im not saying it as an insult, just stating my observations.
Perhaps us southerners are the different ones, but I highly doubt it. From what I've seen, read and lived, and again this is my opinion, the consistency of the Greek culture is strongest in the Pelloponese.
Im not claiming any purity or anything like that, so dont get excited my friends. Im just saying that continuity amongst Greeks , is strongest in the south.

                          Yes we are.
You are mistakening. WE are the southerners...
You are pretending to be Greek as the tranvestites pretending to be women. You were calling the Greek Macedonians Bulgars(btw : In greece we call them Bulgarians). You are a racist Greek hater. And finally decide: Are we Bulgarians or Turkish Christians?

I am from Thessaloniki. It seems that everybody in this forum visits Greece without problem. If you are astonished by the refusal of the Greek state to permitt entry to some old communist guerrillas i 'll tell you a story that i witnessed. The owner of my house was a captain in the communist army in the Greek civil war (Pontian). He was imprisoned for 15 years but being from a wealthy family, his brothers (rich and loyal to the Greek goverment) gave him the share from the family's fortune. He was from an eastern Macedonian city but was living in Thessaloniki. When i mentioned his name once in my work, a colleague asked me if he is J.P and how old is he. Next week he came and told me to give him a message from his father not to even think returning to his town even for a walk or else people would lynch him.50 years later! By this story i want to explain why there are some people who wont see alive their birthplaces. They are considered traitors (from our point of view) and it is better for the peace in places like Florina or Edessa (the name btw is Frygian) not to come back. Ah , and i 've seen an old woman who said that she was blinded from tortures in the Greek jails in Thessaloniki. Much more horrible things have happened in the Greek jails, but the organization she says she was a member in Thessaloniki never existed in any part of Greece. Most probable she was a communist guerilla and was tortured (inhumanly) for that, as many thousands Greek communists. Except NOF or SNOF in Western Macedonia the only other ethnic organization that was present in Greek Macedonia from 1941-44 was Ohrana. Maybe she was an Ohrana's member.
