What a crock of shit, the kodoshi and predavnici get away again. Most of the crimes where committed from 1991 onwards, another disgraceful verdict from our Justice System. What a complete Farce

The Constitutional Court annulled Wednesday provisions from four articles of the Law on Lustration. In accordance with today's decision, lustration will be carried out for the period until November 1991, when the new Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia was passed, and not until 2008 as envisaged by the Law. For the judges it was also disputable the names of spies to be published in the Official Gazette and the lustration of religious communities and group, in addition to the period for lustration.
The Court for these four articles of the Law on Lustration - adopted in 2008 and supplemented in 2009 - on 17 January this year launched a procedure seeking an opinion from the Macedonian Parliament. It responded on 2 March.
The annulment of the articles will be published in the "Official Gazette of Macedonia" in the coming 10 days. The remaining provisions stemming from the Law on Lustration are still in force i.e. the Committee is able to probe holders and candidates for public post whether they have collaborated with intelligence services.
