Just so people are informed and those who have land and want to build something on it, the required paperwork now is drastically reduced in order to get a building permit.
From the required 21 steps in order to get a permit, it will now be cut down to 3 steps, 4 steps for those who want to build a commercial building or a factory.
The time frame will also be cut down from 146 working days to less then 30 days, all the documents will be handed into one place. The costs will be cut down to 5% of what is being payed now.
The concept "Molchenjeto e odobruvanje" will apply which means if you dont hear back from anybody its automatically approved, they have up to 5 days to approve your application.
