Looks great, but as usual there is a catch.

The official name is 'Warrior.' How pathetic.

So Warrior on Horse is different from Warrior ... because there is no horse I would imagine.

I still think it is Tito in ancient clothing.

The cost of this warrior without a horse was 4.5 million euros.

On Delchev's sarcophagus you can read the following inscription: "We swear the future generations to bury these sacred bones in the capital of Independent Macedonia. August 1923 Illinden"

I had enough of these pointless statues with censored names, or the edited Macedonian suns, and the other BS coming from this government. Why don't they just change the name of the country to "Macdonia" ? That's close enough and hopefully nobody will notice, and our flag can have 15 rays (again, no one will notice, because our government is so clever!).

It's really disgusting. Albanians can openly use their own flag and can freely identify themselves as Albanians and can name streets after their own heroes and build squares with the name "Skenderbeg" while we Macedonians have lost all these rights.

imagine how many bellies that would fill if they didnt waste it.
No volk if it's not philip 2 it's a waste of money .The money could have gone to the poor. But if it's philip 2 then by all means. We don't want statues with double meanings around the place.

What a stupid comment, the point here is the statue has its place, however as Phillip II of Macedon not warrior with or without horse.

In the mean time, the statue of Philip was taken down in Plovdiv, due to recent reconstruction of the Roman stadium...Do you guys want it?

It would have to be renamed in Macedonia (apparently).
