This is an interesting topic, but I wouldn't expect to find too many meaningful examples, because even if there were some Albanians who (opportunistically or otherwise) collaborated with Macedonian freedom-fighters during the late Ottoman era, they are but an anecdote when compared to the thousands of Albanian Muslims who supported the Ottoman oppression of Macedonian Christians.
