Hiperyum business centre has been opened in Macedonia. With the EUR 17 million investment, Hypo Alpe Adria has offered Macedonian and foreign companies a modern business space with the most modern European standards. The rent amounts to EUR 19 per square metre, maintenance costs not included.
Hiperyum will accommodate insurance companies, an auditing company, international organisations and other companies. The facility has 16,000 square metres on five floors and was built for two years.
The business centre consists of two separate buildings connected with bridges, it is fully digitized and has the most cost-effective heating and cooling system, as well as the most modern security systems.
