Macedonian expatriates will be able to vote on the next parliamentary and presidential elections that will be held in Macedonia, announced the Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski on a gathering of Macedonian expatriates in the village of Trnovo.
This decision of the Parliament will enter into effect in September this year and the emigrants will be able to exercise their right to vote in the consular and diplomatic offices in the countries where they live.
Macedonians from Australia, America, Europe and the other continents will be able to have their own representatives in the Macedonian Parliament whom they will elect directly and who will convey their messages to the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia, said Gruevski.
