    Anyone access Huffington Post?

    Look at this halfwit:

It is tragic that a geo-political argument prevents Thessaloniki from being fully integrated with its traditional hinterland. The problem is the rancorous, silly dispute between the Macedonian region of former Yugoslavia and Greece that has dragged on, impeding regional progress for two decades.

Mr Wood, you describe yourself as an economist. You clearly are not a historian. Yet you choose to enter into a debate about something which clearly is beyond you. There is only one nation called Macedonia. Greece does not even have a political region called Macedonia. It has 3 peripheries which include Macedonia as part of a composite name. The ancient Macedonian language is yet to be defined. Although ancient historians agree it was not able to be understood by the Hellenes. Yet you call it a Hellenic language. Can you see how foolish you are looking yet Mr Wood?

The so called "Slavs" you speak of were the dominant indigenous culture of the region. They certainly don't look like Russians or Polish people. What are you getting at? They speak a slavic language that is barely understood by anyone else. (South Americans can hardly be described as Spanish, yet they speak the Spanish language). Their gene pool is definitely traced to the region. There is nothing migratory about them. They fought for an independent Macedonia. Greeks fought for an independent Greece. Do you get it yet?

How dare you confuse any conceptions about language with natural human rights. The only thing silly about this dispute is the lack of informed opinions. You have contributed to the misinformation. If a Greek did not pay you for this kind of opinion, (it has happened before and is well documented), then you are both missing out and ill informed.
If anyone can post it there, it would be appreciated.
