The Macedonians must begin to centralise power. They need a strong State. The reason why Albanians can get away with this is because the Macedonian government has passed over 70 laws decentralizing power, in other words laws that give the Albanians local political and juridical autonomy. Its local Albanian councils making the decisions to do this with the signs. The government has handed that authority over to them.

[U][B][COLOR="Red"]SCANDAL - While the Albanians are illegally restoring the Ottoman Arasta Mosque, THEY ARE AGAINST the restoration of 12th century churches on the Skopje Kale - they do not even want a museum built for the churches![/COLOR][/B][/U]

Basically the Macedonians compromised, they said that they will not restore the 12 century church into an active religious buildings, but rather they will restore it into a museum for artifacts found on the Kale to be displayed. The Albanians are saying NO, no church or museum, they rather see the church lay in ruins. However when it comes to the Ottoman mosques, they are restoring them into functional religious buildings for extreme Islamic doctrine to be spread.
