I just googled "indigenous Europeans" and sites like wikepedia and online encyclopedia gave me those results. Notice they didn't mention you shiptars?

Albania is a new name which describes something White (ALBION),before Albania was called Arberia and even before Dyrrachium, We Albanians call it Shqiperia which means The land of Eagle, cus in Albanian Shqiponj means Eagle!(Eagle was a symbol of the illyrians) . But again you have to check the Language of the population and their manners to see who they are and from where they come from :)

They lived in Villages or whatever and they helped each other in possible wars with the foreigners,And they spoke the same language.
