Најавата на Уставниот суд за укинување на лустрацијата по 1991 година е силен удар врз демократските процеси во Македонија и толку потребното проветрување на институциите, реагираа вчера од владејачката ВМРО-ДПМНЕ.
- Имајќи предвид дека овој Уставен суд е избран во времето на политичкиот зенит на Бранко Црвенковски, укинувањето на лустрацијата по 1991 година е со една единствена цел - Комисијата за лустрација и македонските граѓани да не добијат одговор дали Црвенковски и другите функциониери од СДСМ, кои имале контрола врз тајните служби, ги злоупотребувале, пресметувајќи се со својот политички опонент, изјави вчера Силвана Бонева, координатор на пратеничката група на ВМРО-ДПМНЕ. Таа вели дека реакцијата треба да биде апел до членовите на Судот сериозно да размислат за својата одлука и за штетата што и ја прават на Македонија.
- Уставните судии треба да имаат предвид дека и покрај јасно дефинираниот став во Уставот од '91 дека во него се гарантираат човековите права, на сите ни е јасно дека и по независноста се кршени човековите слободи и права, рече Бонева.

Во СДСМ не ја коментираат одлуката на Уставниот суд, но сметаат дека ВМРО-ДПМНЕ продолжува со вулгарен притисок кон сите институции кои не се под нивна директна партиска контрола.
- Ова значи класична демонстрација на сила и манифестација на апсолутна власт на директна штета на слободата и демократијата во Македонија, односно класичен вовед во диктатура, изјави Весна Бендевска од СДСМ.

Наспроти молкот во СДСМ, Вечер веќе објави дека токму Владимир Милчин од СОРОС, кој е поранешен член на претседателството на СДСМ, ја поднел иницијативата до уставните судии да се укине лустрацијата по 1991 година. Од една страна, Милчин ги штити кодошите на СДСМ и сака да го сокрие нивниот идентитет, а од друга страна во најновите афери што ги создава, нескриено поттикнува новинари да употребуваат непроверени извештаи од тајната полиција. Истиот СОРОС и медиумите кои ја злоупотребуваат тајната полиција и објавуваат фотокопии, гонејќи луѓе, сега бараат кодошите да бидат заштитени од соработката со тајната полиција. Значи, кодошите ќе бидат заштитени, а граѓаните кои биле кодошени ќе бидат непречено гонети од СОРОС и медиумите под негово влијание?!

Уставниот суд за два месеца треба официјално да ја донесе одлуката за најавеното укинување на четири члена од Законот за лустрација.

Инаку, Јанакие Витановски вчера е избран за нов претседател на Комисијата за верификација на факти, а досегашниот претседател Шпенди Винца е именуван за негов заменик. Претседателите на Комисијата за верификација на факти се менуваат на секои шест месеци од единаесетте членови. По постапката за лустрација на политичката елита во земјава, на ред да достават изјави дека не соработувале со тајните служби се токму судиите. Комисијата досега нема откриено ниту еден кодош.
