What a brilliant conclusion!
ov...hm...he is Bulgarian or Russian..or Slav.

Then 1/3 of Macedonians (or 1/5?) are Bulgarians or Russians.
Or just Slavs.You say so.

Make the connection-not official surnames in Ottoman Empire-Tsakalof moves to Odessa and lives there-takes a surname.
It's not hard ...try

Otherwise..a Slav ..of the famous Slav speaking Ioannina region was a Slav.

Capo D'Istria = Kapodistrias
So many choices if you want to claim Greekness.

Why should I make the connection when you are full of Albanians that you claim as plastic 'Hellenes'? Tsakalov sounds more Balkan than Russian, and I have already explained the general use of 'ov' in Slavic to you before bird brain, try and remember.

So..come on....shout it :Athanasios Tsakalov was Slav.

Is "one of four names of the founders of Philiki Eteria sounds non-Greek " ,the basis of this thread?...??

I hope you have some evidence..otherwise smells like bullshit.
