![]() May as well have a thread dedicated to this and we can add them on as we reveal them.
The list will be updated as more information is confirmed.

![]() SoM,
Can I make a few suggestions? I think it would be good if we list them alphabetically and if you update that first post as we go along and build the list progressively. Also, it might be worthwhile to make this a sticky. I was building the list up when we were organising the Melbourne protest this year, so I have a big chunk of them them in a doc on my other PC. Here's some to help the list along in the meantime:

![]() Thanks for the list Rogi, the thread is now a sticky.
They say that there are 120 countries that are in the same boat where it concerns our recognition, almost half way there. Hopefully others get involved here and add to the large list you already posted.

![]() This is from the swedish foreign ministers site:
före detta jugoslaviska republiken Makedonien= former yugoslav republic of Macedonia. http://www.sweden.gov.se/sb/d/10048/a/107547 What a shameful country I live in. |

![]() Sweden uses it in the same manner as the UK does - it's less than USA and Turkey do (they call us Republic of Macedonia in the United Nations too), but it's nonetheless recognition of our Constitutional name.

![]() Are we only counting countries that refer to Macedonia's constitutional name in all international forums?

![]() If so, then it would drop the list to about 10 or less.
Just about every country uses 'The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia' for use in the United Nations, NATO or the EU - under the name recognised by those Institutions. They use Republic of Macedonia outside of those International Institutions and in relations with Macedonia. |
