It is interesting to note that it states "Albania" and "(Epirus)" on the map also, so this map is showing Epirus as part of Albania

Perhaps Albania = Epirus to the person that created the map? There is no doubt that those areas were peopled by Albanian-speakers, from where many of the famous leaders and fighters descended, who are now considered 'Hellenes' (yet in their own lifetimes spoke little or no Romaic).
In the name of the blood and the sun, the dagger and the gun, Christ protect this soldier, a lion and a Macedonian.

the interesting thing is that he includes thessaly even though it was not part of greece politically in his time, and excludes macedonia and epirus

TrueMacedonian you're one of the greatest Macedonian I ever meet! Thanks for posting such map!

I find it interesting since rightly denote Epirus as Albania or Albania as Epirus because two terms are used interchange to denote the same place:the land peopled by Albanians.

This map is a hard knock on '''Greek'' net warriors because shows what said first president of puppet Republic of Great Powers.

Bump. Reminder for the Bastards of German imagination what one of their Albanian forefathers had in his book.

Yes well, nice to see Macedonia is missing as Macedonia was never Greek.

They still speak Albanian in Epirus today. My local fish & chip shop guy is Spiros the "Greek", until he tells you he is Albanian...... guess from where????? Epirus!
From the village of P’pezhani, Tashko Popov, Dimitar Popov-Skenderov and Todor Trpenov were beaten and sentenced to 12 years prison. Pavle Mevchev and Atanas Popov from Vrbeni and Boreshnica joined them in early 1927, they were soon after transferred to Kozhani and executed. As they were leaving Lerin they were heard to shout "With our death, Macedonia will not be lost. Our blood will run, but other Macedonians will rise from it"

Oh and I forgot to mention, Kolokotronis, the great "Greek" war hero who led the "Greek" independence movement didn't speak a word of Greek!

                        He spoke, Albanian!

Just like all the other "Greek" fighters did!

You have to know that Albanian is acctually Ancient Greek or at least one remote dialect of it

Yes I know, yet Spiros is adamant it is simply Albanian! S I'll take his word for it
