I can tell you, you were in the Greek media.

    Here's a google translation

They are attacking the Zaev government
Macedonia's posters of nationalists have been filled: "Our name is Macedonia"
    Panagiotis Savidis04 / 01/201815: 5849

Responsible for an extreme nationalist organization based in Canada and has posted giant docks at central locations in the city of Skopje
A campaign to end the negotiations with Greece on the issue of the name of Skopje was launched by the extreme nationalist organization '' Macedonian '' Human Rights Association '' (MHRMI) based in Toronto, Canada.

With moto: "Our name is Macedonia," MHRMI, launched a signing campaign, and placed relevant giants in central locations in the city of Skopje. The entries are provocative: "Do not be fooled by the terms" international "," bilateral "and" constitutional ". If the name of "Macedonia" changes for any use, it will change everywhere and forever ". And elsewhere: "Do you want to call" Neo-Macedonians "," North-Macedonians "," Macedonians "or" Macedonians "?

MHRMI is attacking the Zaeffe government, calling for the termination of negotiations with Greece, which it calls "racist and anti-Macedonian"

"What we have warned repeatedly is that it is now publicly announced that our name, identity, language and history are being negotiated to satisfy our oppressors," says a statement by the most extreme nationalist organization of Skopje, Canada, whose main emblem is the Sun Vergina and the map of "Great Macedonia".

"Most extreme nationalist organisation of Skopje" ... Lol
Skopje has nothing to do with it. Based on membership numbers of Egejci, I suspect Greece has more to do with it than it realises.

Lol, they can't even get the quotations right when denying the Macedonian identity. Or is it grammatically correct to remove a quotation mark when two would end up next to each other? Bigotry aside it still looks stupid from a grammatical perspective.

And they even gave the slogan intact despite their bullshit about the map and the Macedonian sun.

No those quotations were correct. Macedonian and Human Rights are two different things for the greeks.

Balkan Insight calls MHRMI "nationalists" for defending who we are - Macedonians!

**Here's the text of the anti-Macedonian Balkan Insight article**

As optimism grows about a rapid solution to Macedonia's dispute with Greece over its name, nationalists on both sides of the border are rallying against a possible compromise solution.

"Macedonian, Greek, Nationalists Mobilize Against 'Name' Deal"

"As optimism grows about a rapid solution to Macedonia's dispute with Greece over its name, nationalists on both sides of the border are rallying against a possible compromise solution.

Sinisa Jakov Marusic - BIRN - Skopje

Right-wing nationalist and diaspora organizations in both Macedonia and Greece have launched campaigns against what they fear may be a rapid solution to the long-running dispute over Macedonia's name.

In Greece, the campaign is focused against any compromise name for their northern neighbour that includes the term "Macedonia", which they insists is exclusively Greek.

Macedonian rightists for their part seek the withdrawal of their country from the UN-sponsored name talks.

The front-runner in the anti-compromise camp in Macedonia is Macedonian Human Rights Movement International, MHRMI, which is based in Canada.

In December, this group started renting billboards in the capital, Skopje, and issued statements demanding Macedonia's withdrawal from the name talks that are due to intensify this year.

The campaign, called “Our Name is Macedonia”, features billboards portraying a boy, referring to the historic significance for future generations if a compromise name alters Macedonia’s identity.

“If it [the name] is changed once, it will be changed everywhere and forever,” it reads.

“Would you like to be called ‘New Macedonians’, 'Northern Macedonians’, ‘Skopjans’, ‘Vardars’ or simply MACEDONIANS?” the campaign billboard also asks.

In a statement on January 4, the movement called the current government, led by the Social Democrat, Zoran Zaev, a “regime”, accusing it and the US State Department of curbing media freedom in the country in order to push for an unacceptable name change this year.

“As we warned all along, Macedonia’s name, identity, language and history are a matter of negotiations aimed at satisfying our oppressors … We absolutely expect and demand stark defence of our basic human rights of self-determination, to remain what we always were - Macedonians,” the movement said.

In Greece, the Greek Federation of Cultural Associations of Macedonians, and some other diaspora movements, have announced protests and launched a petition against any UN-sponsored compromise name that would include the term "Macedonia".

The campaign also includes a clip that insists that Macedonia has been an indispensable part of the Hellenic identity for over 3,000 years, highlighting that “Macedonia means Greece”.

The organizers said they would stage protests in Greek cities in the coming months, urging Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras to hold a referendum on the use of the term "Macedonia" by the neighbouring country.

The campaigns in both countries were launched as Skopje and Athens in December rebooted UN-sponsored talks on their dispute after three years of stalemate.

They have agreed to intensify talks in early 2018, expressing optimism that a compromise solution can be reached in the first half of this year, so that Macedonia can join NATO at the July summit of the alliance.

The so-called name dispute centres on Greece's insistence that use of the word "Macedonia" implies a territorial claim to the northern Greek province of the same name.

As a result, in 2008, Greece blocked Macedonia’s NATO entry and has also continued blocking the start of Macedonia’s EU accession talks, despite several positive annual reports from the European Commission on the country’s progress.

The US and the EU have welcomed the renewed talks. They are seen as key backers of the mission to find a solution that would both secure Macedonia’s Western integration while also limiting Russian influence in the Balkans."

Moreover Greece need a UN-sponsored psychiatrist to get over their delusion that the name Macedonia is and has been owned by Greece since antiquity.

Let them protest all they like. I'll supply the yogurt.

The acceptance of the acronym fyrom was unconstitutional and illegal and agreed under duress upon a country. It should be null and void.

You are welcome, MHRMI. We have to support each other.

Balkan Insight published LOMA's response to this article...

Dear Sinisa Jakov-Marusic, The League of Macedonian Americans (LOMA) is deeply disturbed by your characterization of Macedonian diaspora groups, such as Macedonian Human Rights Movement International (MHRMI), that do not support a change of Macedonia’s name as rightist and nationalist organizations. LOMA supports MHRMI’s “Our Name is Macedonia” campaign and we are neither rightists nor leftists. Your recent article highlights the lack of objectivity and research that you employ in preparing and disseminating information.

Reaction to Article: Macedonian, Greek Nationalists Mobilize Against 'Name' Deal

                        Dear Sinisa Jakov-Marusic,

The League of Macedonian Americans (LOMA) is deeply disturbed by your characterization of Macedonian diaspora groups, such as Macedonian Human Rights Movement International (MHRMI), that do not support a change of Macedonia’s name as rightist and nationalist organizations. LOMA supports MHRMI’s “Our Name is Macedonia” campaign and we are neither rightists nor leftists. Your recent article highlights the lack of objectivity and research that you employ in preparing and disseminating information.

First, you have made the assumption that someone who is against changing Macedonia’s name is rightist and nationalist. However, people who are against Macedonia’s potential name change actually support internationally and U.N. accepted and adopted principles of self-determination, equality for all countries and ethnic groups, and respect for all peoples’ rights. Why not call these people leftists and internationalists, instead? Do leftists not support internationally agreed principles and values? Or do you assume that because a Macedonian is not willing to compromise on his or her identity and internationally accepted and agreed rights that he must be a nationalist and a rightist? Such thinking is wrong and absurd. Would you call us rightist and nationalist because we don’t believe in compromising on the value of life and liberty? With your line of reasoning, who knows!

Second, most Macedonians diaspora organizations are neither leftist nor rightist; their membership and followers consist of people from all political backgrounds – right, left, center, and a mish-mash of all of the above. These diaspora organizations are not politically affiliated with any political parties or organizations. Thus, to assume that they are “rightist” simply because they don’t capitulate to international pressure to support negotiating Macedonia’s name is ridiculous. Some simple research and investigations into these organizations would have provided you with the requisite information to produce an unbiased and meaningful article.

For Macedonians, this is not a left versus right issue, nor is it a nationalist versus internationalist issue. LOMA welcomes all Macedonian-Americans from all political backgrounds and ideologies into its membership. We don’t see “right” or “left” when it comes to our rights, liberties and identity – basic notions that are to be protected and promoted per several internationally accepted agreements. We see an assault on who we are, and we aim to defend Macedonians’ rights to be who they are without compromise.

                        Sincerely,
                        The League of Macedonian Americans

Now, about Albanian becoming an official language...

Macedonian MPs on Thursday adopted an eagerly anticipated law that extends the official use of the Albanian language across the country.

This is an excellent way of taking your message directly to the people. I just wonder how many of those reading the signs actually appreciate your effort and the cause. I have a suspicion that many are thinking you wasted money on "politics" when you could have given it directly to them and fund their café lifestyle.
