Your choice of wording is unfortunate.
    Think about it.
Its nicer to give than receive Risto.

Look at how your people were given independance from Yugoslavia in 1991.

Imagine if you had to fight for your independance.

Your answer of not being right sounds like sour grapes.
Have you noticed how Macedonians refuse to give up their ethnic identity?

And with your gift of Macedonia you want to claim the identity as well. It isn't that easy. This is why most of the rest of the world accepts us. Your "spoils" are relatively recent.

I do have sour grapes. I am ashamed I left people behind in a country that still has a 19th century mindset.

What on earth do you mean by "given" independence?
Your ignorance astounds me. Are you pretending to be naive or are you really that uninformed?

              mmm...

The Macedonians were promised self government, and regional autonomy, within the Ottoman Framework in 1908 !

They were Invaded a few years later in Breach of International Law ! Modern Greeks from outside Macedonia moved in militarily, as did others.

If Turkey invaded Greece today from the East, Italy invaded from the West, and Albania from the North, and it was legitimized by Britain, France and the U.S, and Modern Greece was partitioned between the 3, would it be any different ?

Because the people didnt want Greece there. That is grounds enough.
